We are looking to fill the position below:

Job Position: PROJECT ARCHITECT 

Location: SANGOTEDO, LAGOS

Employment type: FULL TIME 

Job Description

• Monitor projects’ progress according to the agreed program, identify reasons for any delay and advise on necessary regulatory actions
• Coordinate and maintain project schedules; communicate and work closely with the Project Manager
• Oversee construction phases of projects
• Actively seek new design and construction methods
• Review local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints
• Supervise the construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay on budget, and adhere to the original vision for the design
• Collaborate with the design team in creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects
• Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished buildings, renovations, or restorations
• Prepare and submit a daily report to the Project Manager
• Resolve issues that come up during construction

Qualifications and Requirements 

• B. Architecture from a recognized University
• 3 – 5 years of working experience post-NYSC in a similar role
• Licensed by a recognized Architectural Body in Nigeria
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in standard industry software such as Revit, 2D, 3Dmax, Lumion, AUTOCAD, and great rendering skills, etc.
• Must be a team player and have an interpersonal relationship and presentation skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Must pay attention to the details
• Must be Lagos based
