We are looking to fill the position below:

Job Position: PROJECT ENGINEER

Location: SANGOTEDO, LAGOS 

Employment type: FULL TIME 

Job Description

• Supervise construction site activities
• Submit a detailed report of construction tasks
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and laborers.
• Oversee and direct construction projects
• Manage and ensure the quality of work, labor, and materials
• Oversee all onsite construction and monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Supervise the construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay on budget, and adhere to the original vision for the design
• Raise Site Request and follow up on approval
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements 

• HND/ BSc Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Building Technology, or Construction Management from a recognized Institution
• 3 – 5 years of working experience post-NYSC in construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
• Excellent conversations/reporting skills
• Conflict and crisis management
• Outstanding negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills.Must be Lagos based
